Jo’s professional background spans more than 25 years with extensive ‘blue chip’ experience in both the IT and telecommunications industries – holding a variety of director level and senior positions both nationally and globally. Her experience covers many functional disciplines and includes General Management, Operations, Marketing Strategy Development and Implementation, Sales, Business Development and Programme Management.
She has overseen three mergers and two acquisitions and is acutely aware of the challenges faced in bringing organisations together with a shared culture during times of change. Jo has been a trained coach for over 10 years and has been recognised for her ability to effectively develop individuals at all levels of an organisation.

Anna is an all round communication specialist with fifteen years of experience in a range of roles, sectors and environments. She spent ten years within agencies directing communications for national consumer and B2B brands before moving in-house to head up communication teams and advise on PR strategy, thought leadership, change management, leadership engagement, employee engagement, change management and strategic communications.
Maria has over 10 years of experience working alongside businesses to design and deliver content, administration, programmes and support for clients such as Allianz, NSN, Twinings, Aviva and Reuters. With a sharp eye for detail, Maria is extremely organised, reliable and hard working, and has built a reputation for high quality and on-time delivery, as well as a consistent track record of success.
Jo has a rich experience working with senior leaders, directors and their teams to help them to expand their focus and think differently about how they can achieve success.

Julie has more than 15 years’ experience working as a senior manager and organisational development consultant in the private, public and voluntary sectors. She is passionate about empowering people to effectively implement change and improvement. Following an early management career at Sony Business Europe, Julie moved to the NHS, leading large-scale strategic change and service improvement programmes, with a strong focus on communication and the cultural aspects of change.
Julie now works as a management consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator with a wide range of organisations across the UK. This includes leadership development and cultural change programmes with major public sector bodies, encompassing training, facilitation and group and individual coaching to develop strategy, improve performance, embed change and engage stakeholders.
Lucy Powell has spent almost 30 years working as a professional communicator and writer. A former journalist, editor and speechwriter, she has focused entirely on employee communication and engagement for the last 20 years.
Working in both consultancy and in-house, with blue-chip organisations such as Microsoft, Vodafone, BT, American Express, easyJet, HMRC, MoD, Nokia and Sellafield, Lucy has built a wealth of experience in change, crisis and high-concern communications; channel management; facilitation and training; and leadership communications. She is also an experienced interim communications manager.
