Steve Williams, OBE
Steve is a double Olympic Gold medallist from the rowing Coxless Fours in Athens and Beijing. He was a member of the British Olympic Rowing Team for 10 years and also won four World Championship Golds.
Since retiring from rowing, Steve has taken on a number of other challenges including climbing Mount Everest and skiing to the North Pole. He has also worked in a professional football club helping individual players and the team develop high performance disciplines and systems ‘off the field of play’ to support performance on the pitch.
Steve has been working with businesses for eleven years, helping them to perform at their best. He draws on his own stress-tested experiences to bring to life the mindsets, disciplines and techniques needed to succeed in all of these worlds of high performance, and helps leaders, teams and organisations apply these principles themselves. He works across all sectors and international regions as a speaker, facilitator, as well as a team and individual coach.
Anna is an all round communication specialist with fifteen years’ experience in a range of roles, sectors and environments. She spent ten years within agencies directing communications for national consumer and B2B brands before moving in-house to head up communication teams and advise on PR strategy, thought leadership, change management, employee engagement and strategic communications.
Having worked in-house as a team lead, Head of Communications and advisor to the CEO and Board, as well as in external consultancy, Anna brings a deep understanding of the employee, managerial and leadership perspective to her work. With an ability to engage at all levels of an organisation, Anna is at home both facilitating leadership sessions and delivering training for frontline staff.
A seasoned marketing expert, Anna also supports us to ensures our clients and the media understand what we do, and why.
Hannah started off her career in hospitality in both operations and finance, managing a number of the biggest commercial catering contracts in London. From operations Hannah moved across to recruitment developing her organisational and personnel skills.
From 2003 Hannah has worked as a Executive Assistant, Event Planner and Project Manager working on some of the largest and most prestigious events, operating with and on behalf of Business Leaders, UHNWI’s, Royalty and high profile Celebrities.
Hannah is the one that keeps us on track, sane and focused. As our Business Manager she keeps the company running smoothly and brings her considerable expertise around project management to bear – making things happen when they should.
Rebecca has been working in the fitness, dance and nutrition industry for more than 15 years. Qualifying as a Personal Trainer and Exercise to Music Teacher with the YMCA and Premier Training, she went on to train as a Dance Teacher with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing, teaching Tap, Modern and Jazz dance to both adults and children and has previously established her own dance company.
Her strengths lie in the fact that she qualified to instruct across a wide variety of disciplines and that she works with a broad range of age groups and capabilities. Her instructor experience ranges from young children to senior citizens. She has worked in a Falls Prevention unit in the National Health Service in the UK and currently runs a variety of classes from her studio in Surrey, and delivers online programmes around fitness and nutrition.
Rebecca is passionate about the quality of what she does and each fitness session is individually tailored according to the needs, capabilities and aspirations of her clients.
Jo worked in senior HR and Talent Development UK and EMA roles for 16 years in a broad range of sectors including Financial Services, Retail and FMCG before moving into specialist executive coaching and consultancy eight years ago. Her coaching work has taken her into many sectors and organisations both nationally and overseas, working primarily at a senior management and board level.
Whether the goal is developing leadership capability and insight, building self-confidence, team development or leading change – Jo’s approach is results driven, grounded in practical action, identifying and utilising the core strengths of each individual.
Jo has an MSc in Human Resource Management from UMIST and a degree in Retail Marketing. She has also successfully completed the Strategic Talent Management Programme at the London Business School, the Professional Coach Recognition Programme, is a member of the Association for Coaching and is MBTI qualified.
Julie has more than 15 years’ experience working as a senior manager and organisational development consultant in the private, public and voluntary sectors. She is passionate about empowering people to effectively implement change and improvement. Following an early management career at Sony Business Europe, Julie moved to the NHS, leading large-scale strategic change and service improvement programmes, with a strong focus on communication and the cultural aspects of change.
Julie now works as a management consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator with a wide range of organisations across the UK. This includes leadership development and cultural change programmes with major public sector bodies, encompassing training, facilitation and group and individual coaching to develop strategy, improve performance, embed change and engage stakeholders.
