Every year we take time out to run an ‘open’ version of our popular Bank of Me programme. While we usually only run it for one organisation at a time, we know from previous years that attendees get a great deal out of mixing with other people from a range of organisations.
The highly-experiential programme is delivered by an experienced team of business and performance experts, including best-selling author Jane Sparrow and two-time Olympic Gold Medalist Steve Williams. It covers five key areas that are vital for personal and professional well-being – helping people find new levels of resilience and meaning in their working lives.
Is it effective? Those that have attended in the past have named our work as the most impactful in their careers. Others have said it was literally life changing.
We’ve just set the dates for our 2018 programme which will be:
- Day 1 – September 7th at Leander Club, Henley – the most successful Olympic Sports Club in the world
- Day 2 – October 5th at Dorney Lake – site of the 2012 Olympic Games Rowing events
- Places are £1990 (plus VAT) per person and obviously cover meals and rowing with our Olympian, Steve.
Paying it forward
It’s worth noting that we’re also keen to encourage people to ‘pay-it-forward’. So, for every two people that attend from one organisation, we will ‘gift’ an additional place to a senior leader in a charity or not-for-profit. So, if you and a colleague attend, you can nominate someone to receive a complimentary place.
Places are limited, so if you’d like to book places for yourself and/or a team member, please let us know soon by emailing Owen
