Blue Sky Culture
A lunch and share with WestJet
As part of our upcoming launch plans for our latest book – Bank of Me – How to invest in yourself and others to build great cultures – we have invited one of the executives from WestJest over to the UK to share the ‘WestJet Story’. The organisation features in the book as an example of a strong culture.
On Friday 5th October, Pam August will be joining us at the Soho Hotel to share the history and actions of one of the most successful airlines in the world. They are Canada’s favourite airline and the way they do business is truly inspirational.
Pam will talk about the importance they have placed, from day one, on the company’s culture and how this has been the main factor in creating the most passenger-friendly major airline. She will also share the lessons learnt from the company’s recent transition into a global brand and the associated growing pains.
We’d like to invite you to join Pam and ourselves for a ‘lunch and share’ event – a chance to hear the WestJest story and listen to the stories of the other guests joining us. We will also give you an advance copy of the upcoming book to take away and keep your inspiration high.
We expect places to be snapped up very quickly – Pam is already speaking at a morning event for CEOs that has reached capacity, so if you would like to take part please respond promptly.
