Rethinking corporate change management

These days it’s less ‘business as usual’ and more ‘change as usual’ as our corporate environments (and world!) are in a constant state of flux.

Many of us will have heard the statistic that 70 per cent of all organisational change projects fail. This figure was first reported by Hammer and Champy in 1993 and, unfortunately, more recent research confirms the staggering statistic hasn’t changed by much.
